Kevin McElroy is an experienced board director, former CEO, and advisor to growth-oriented businesses across Canada.
Kevin brings over two decades of leadership experience, including 22 years with Nuheat, where he served as President & CEO and led the company through sustained growth and a successful sale to a global strategic acquirer.
Kevin has worked across a wide range of ownership structures—from family-owned enterprises to private equity-backed and publicly traded companies—and has deep expertise in scaling businesses, M&A, and strategic transformation. He currently serves on several boards, supporting companies in sectors including manufacturing, food production, industrial services, and technology-enabled platforms.
In addition to his board work, Kevin advises leadership teams on strategy, organizational development, and growth execution. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
