Alitis Investment Funds Attain 100% Ownership of Luxury Apartment Building
The Alitis Income and Growth Pool and Alitis Private REIT are two of seven investment funds available at Alitis Investment Counsel Inc. (“Alitis”), an independent wealth management firm. Alitis proudly announces the acquisition of the remaining ownership stake of The Allure, a brand-new 155-unit luxury apartment building located in the emerging community of Bridgwater Town Centre, in southwest Winnipeg by the Alitis Income and Growth Pool and Alitis Private REIT. Equity financing was provided for this purpose-built multi-family property and ownership now stands at 100%. This pivotal development enables Alitis to implement its strategic vision and maximize the building’s potential to deliver solid returns for investors and provide an unparalleled living experience for residents.
This is the fifth property where Alitis investment funds have 100% ownership. The newest property joins:
- The Onyx, a 282-unit apartment building in Winnipeg, MB.
- The Bravado, a 149-unit apartment building in Winnipeg, MB.
- Treanor Terrace, a 95-unit apartment building and 4,078 sq ft commercial retail property located in Langford, BC.
- Hatley Apartments, a 48-unit apartment building in Colwood, BC. This property is also considered to be 100% affordable housing.
The Allure is a stunning residential complex comprising of 155 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, offering a blend of modern design and comfort.
