Throughout her career, she has been known for bringing people together — teams, partners, and communities — bringing a deep commitment to long-term solutions. Her leadership is anchored in strong governance, risk discipline, and commitment to transparent, client-centred decision making.
Before joining Alitis, Lisa held senior leadership roles where she guided organizations through growth, operational change, and strategic renewal. She is recognized for her ability to balance big-picture vision with a grounded, human-centered approach that supports people through transition.
