Melissa is a Client Service Administrator at Alitis with a background in Insurance Operations.
Before joining Alitis, Melissa held a position in the operations department of a multinational insurance firm in Nairobi, Kenya where she managed client communications and focused on optimizing operational processes.
For her, that experience underscored the importance of developing efficient processes that yield optimal financial outcomes while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Although born in Ontario, Melissa was raised in Kenya and relocated to Vancouver Island in 2022. She loves trying out new restaurants and hopes to tour all of Canada’s provinces and territories with her husband.
