With over a decade of experience in office management and executive administration, Alicia brings a unique blend of structure, creativity, and heart to her role as Firm Operations Manager. She holds diplomas in Office Administration Executive and Multimedia & Design Production, which have shaped her ability to deliver polished, high-impact work with creativity and care. Alicia is also currently pursuing her Project Management certification and looks forward to achieving this next milestone in her professional development.
She is passionate about governance and volunteers as Secretary on the Board of the Comox Valley Food Bank, where she contributes to organizational oversight and meaningful community initiatives.
Outside the office, Alicia thrives on a balanced life of backcountry adventures, culinary delights, and cherished time with loved ones. Her weekends offer a blend of inspiration and rejuvenation, mirroring the energy and dedication she brings to her work.
