Unique approach to Value Creation

The Alitis Private REIT finances the development of multi-family residential projects with experienced development partners. These projects continue to provide a base of returns for the REIT. Many of them remain in the REIT as income producing rentals. Properties that are divested generate development returns which provide capital for new and diverse projects.
