Colette is a Client Service Administrator at Alitis with a background in government and personal banking.
Proudly joining the Alitis team following a 19-year tenure in government, Colette served as a Customer Service Professional at the Service BC branch in Campbell River since 2005. During this time, she catered to the needs of the citizens in Campbell River and its neighboring areas.
Her journey in the financial sector began in 1986 as a Customer Service Representative at the Royal Bank in Campbell River. This role not only honed her customer service skills but also expanded her knowledge base in banking services. Subsequently, in 1994, she progressed to the role of Customer Service Officer with Canada Trust. Here, she furthered her career by assisting clients not only with their day-to-day banking requirements but also provided guidance in applying for credit products such as loans, mortgages, and investments.
Beyond the professional sphere, Colette treasures spending quality time with her family and friends, which has been a fulfilling aspect of her life in Campbell River, where she’s raised three wonderful children. Exploring the scenic surroundings on their boat with her husband is a cherished pastime. Additionally, she has developed a passion for quilting and painting with watercolors during her downtime. Gardening and cooking for loved ones also bring her immense joy.
